For rentals: We highly recommend installing the bumper. It ensures a safer and more stable ride for all users, especially first-time riders.

For personal use: You can decide based on your preference and riding style — install it for added comfort in rougher conditions, or remove it for a sleeker look when riding in calm waters.

Designed for adventures, your boat is easy to handle on land too:

• With the battery removed, the hull is 60kg and two adult men can easily lift and carry the boat.
• If with a small trailer, even a female can tow it effortlessly.
• Two men and two women can comfortably carry it together from parking lot to the beach or lake front.
• The boat fits inside most SUV trunks — no need for a trailer unless you prefer one for convenience.

Swapping batteries is quick and simple:

1. Turn off the boat.
2. Open the battery box, lift out the battery and insert a fully charged one.
3. Close the box securely, and you’re ready to go.

Pro tip: Always double-check the battery seal to keep your boat protected.

The battery lasts approximately 60–90 minutes under continuous riding.

But in real life? You’re rarely holding the throttle non-stop:

• When playing near the beach, lake, or around a yacht, you naturally alternate between cruising, stopping, drifting, or just hanging out on the water.
• During our test rides, 4–5 people often take turns driving. Each person rides for 10–15 minutes at a time — and everyone easily enjoys 2–4 rounds on a single battery.
• We recommend keeping an eye on the battery level and planning to head back before it gets too low.

For intense riders or families who love to share, we recommend getting a second battery. Swapping batteries takes just a few minutes — and it lets the fun continue all day.

Your boat adapts to your mood:

• Glide slowly and enjoy the view. Perfect for chill sessions on the water.
• Feel the excitement — it handles like a go-kart on water.
• Ride at your own pace. The experience is yours to create.

Safety note: In most regions, minors must be accompanied by an adult in accordance with local laws. Please check your local regulations and always ride responsibly.

Rinse your boat with fresh water after every ride — this keeps it looking sharp and performing at its best.

Avoid using high-pressure washers on electronic components. For the body, use a soft cloth and mild detergent. Treat it like your favorite car or sports gear — the better you care for it, the longer it will shine.

• Always use the original charger provided. Connect the charger before plugging it into the power outlet.
• Charge in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not leave the battery on charge unattended for extended periods.

• Perform a pre-ride check for loose components or visible damage.
• Store the boat in a shaded area or indoors when not in use.
• If any issues occur (e.g. power failure, controller pairing issues), refer to the user manual or contact our support team.

• Every boat comes with a 1-year warranty. If something breaks, we’ll ship replacement parts free of charge to your designated address — or directly to your service provider.
• After your warranty expires, we will continue to support you with replacement parts at the most reasonable prices, so you can keep enjoying your boat for years to come.

You can choose how you want to handle repairs:

• Do it yourself: We’ll provide clear video guides to help you replace parts step by step.
• Professional help: You can bring the boat to one of our authorized service providers or dealers — they’ll take care of it for you.
